Unlike traditional laboratory buildings this 2000m2 Technical Centre was designed with laboratory services clear of the internal floor plates. This enabled open flexible floor plates allowing internal spaces to be reconfigured simply and quickly.
It is a transparent work place enabling scientists to have full visibility into laboratories and facilitating communications.
We designed the building to adapt easily to the future and it has now been successfully converted to a non laboratory work place.
